Track fixtures, straight, curved in dual gauge would be useful.

Also, to support rail when building multiple turnouts, e.g. yard ladder, a 2" square with dual gauge rail and perhaps one tie cut for alignment would be useful. Note using two would space parallel track. I would suggest a four pack. BTW, provides a use for your material ends.
