Hi fellas;
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Carey and I live in Alabama. Everyone calls me CJ and the Crescent (steam) is my favorite train. So now you get my handle. I've been handlaying my track for about 30 years and in that time I've developed, as I'm sure we all have, my own system of laying turnouts. But I'm always open to new techniques and practices so I'm here to see what everyone does and learn something new..

I meant to add that although I am a member in several forums I prefer to read, think, read again, think again before posting. I lurk more than post, but when I see something that strikes my fancy, i always do a good job of illustrating foot and mouth disease.
