This ones for Tim and Ron Or Ron and Tim, :D

Anyway with the development of your point/frog grinding jig out of the way I had an idea for you guys to develop a stock rail grinding jig. *that is if you haven't thought of it already"

Its apparently the last hurtle for anyone handlaying their own. That 1 and 1/2 inch can be a pain sometimes. I would put a 2 degree slant in it so the point rail fits up nice and tight.

Question for our hosts is have you thought of it?

Hi Rob,

I agree, this is the last "hurdle" in the line of tools we have developed, and one that will be quite helpful. I have a concept that I believe will do the job. If it will work as I expect, it will be a piece added to the existing PointForm tool.

I am still working on the prototype, but I will keep you posted through the forum.
