I've tried a new techique on the point rail connection, it envolves soldering a brass wire to the points, drilling holes in the throwbar, and inserting the wire in the holes. This allows the points to pivot at the throwbar end, and is much stronger than the typically soldered point rail to throwbar techique.

Try it, I think you'll like it.

Sorry I haven't posted pics yet, I have a large and I mean large order for the turnouts I am marketing and need to get busy on it.
I will however post photos prior to sending out this current order.
The throwbar mods went great. this has got to be the only way to do this and not have any throwbar failures.
