I just noticed that the laser cut tie templates are thicker than the pc board ties. The pc board ties are the same thinkness as the Central Valley branch line tie strips that I am using. This means that I will have to sand the templates. Will the laser cut ties eventually be the same thickness than the PC board ties i.e. 1/16 thick?

By the way, I love the jig. My first few turnout are not to bad.
