This is my second attempt at a complete turnout using the Fast Track Jig. It is a number 8 n scale turnout. I have about 4 hours of my own labor tied up in building it. It does gauge to the NMRA standards. The only place I feel that there may be a problem is in the area just after the points. There does not seem to be much clearance between the stock rails and point rails.

Hello John,

The turnout looks pretty good! On the point rail spacing with the stock rails if it passes the NMRA specs (check the gauge for the thick tabs that says points) then it should be good. Also hold the points to one side and run a set of trucks through the point area. If you have a problem, you'll find out right away.
