Good morning again,

I tried to print a few pages from the doc library and it didn't work. It gave me the same page over again but with no pictures or colors.

This could be my problem, but I quickly checked my settings and they appear to be ok. I will check them again. I have no problems printing from other sites though. Currently I'm using Adobie#7.

Try saving the file to your computer first. Then open it with adobe.

Hello Jim,

There was a configuration error on our website. I have fixed the problem and the documents should print fine now.

Dan's suggestion to download the document first and then open it is a good one. Tends to work better than trying to open the document in the browser.

In any case it should work ok. Let me know if you are still having problems.
