Hello,

With the point form jig when I put the rail in and bring it back so the top of the rail is just touching the jig about half the groove is exposed. This is mainly for the switch point.

Is this correct? I am using code 55 ME rail.

The groove that is exposed is normal, and is the result of the manufacturing process of the PointForm tool. This will not effect the performance of the tool or the results.
