 Post subject: Curved Code 55 turnouts

With out a jig, where does one start? I seem to be having a problem getting the frog in the right position. Now I have only started with the curve. Do you have to have the guard rails in for it work? Seems that where ever I put the frog the trucks go through one side but will hop up on the other.
