Hey all,

Finally starting to get the skeletons glued down to the quick sticks, and finding it quite frustrating to get the pliobond in the places I want it...Either it ends up between the stock rails and the points (not a good thing) or piling up on the ties which then leads to a lot of cleanup work.

In the videos, Tim is using a nozzle of sorts on the Pliobond tip...Certainly looks a lot easier when you're dealing with a smaller tip than what comes on the Pliobond tube...

Tim, could you share where you got the nozzle and how I could obtain one?

Thanks!
Jon

Hi,

The nozzle shown in the videos are from "CA" glue tips. I found these in a hobby shop that sold replacement nozzles for this type of glue. I cut the base of the nozzle off and pressed it onto the tube of Pliobond.

We will try and find a source for these and add them to the site.

Good thought. I'll take a look at my LHS' and see what I can find in this respect. I thought you had something that actually screwed onto the threads on the Pliobond tip...But hey, one could use the contact cement or CA to glue the tip to the tube...

Thanks,
Jon
