Is there any chance of getting code 100 fixtures #4 & #6 made to Gauge O Guild (UK) 'fine' standards ?

We get requests like this often, "Can you make a fixture to "X" standards", and the simple answer is "it depends".
We can modify our designs a bit by increasing or decreasing the track gauge and flangeway widths, but there are limitations to this, and it has to be determined on a case by case basis to determine if this can be done or not.
We could accommodate the narrower flangeway, but our O scale fixtures are based on the NMRA standard size that is scaled down from a 5' track gauge, and therefore the width of the rails might not match this standard (am an unfamiliar with this standard).
At the moment we are not taking on any custom design work, as we just don't have the resources to accommodate the workload, and if this standard could not be made by simply modifying our standard O scale design, I am afraid we could not take on the project.
Is there a posted drawing of the GOG standards?
