Hi:

I attempted to read the N, #12, 20" Outside / 16.25" Inside Left Hand Curved Turnout template .pdf file with Acrobat 4.0 and it says that it is an unknown format.

Hello Tom,

You will need to upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat. (Ver 7) You can do that by going here:

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

If you would prefer a simpler (and smaller) PDF reader, you may want to try out FoxIt Reader. I use it myself and have found it much faster and less intrusive on my system than Acrobat 7. You can download this free reader from here:

http://www.foxitsoftware.com/

Thanks Ron:

Foxit is a great tool. I had a crash recently and used to have Acrobat 6.0 but obviously got reset back. I have replaced Acrobat with Foxit.
